We do not ship to PO box addresses

shipping transit time is 2-5 days for expedited within the united states and 4-9 business days transit time for standard shipping.

Return/Refund Policy For Supplies/Hard Goods:

As a wholesaler we do not have a liberal return policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. Should a buyer return a product to sender or KnotAndNestDesigns without our permission for return it will not be refunded unless the refund center deems accepted in which case a 15% restocking fee will be assessed and the buyer has 3 business days to ship the item back upon approval with tracking.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will refund or replace defective or damaged merchandise, at our discretion, if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. DO NOT SEND SOMETHING BACK IF BROKEN PLEASE SEND US PHOTOS.


Any order that is placed in HI or AK or Canada may require additional shipping charges. Customer will be contacted via email if additional payment for shipping is required. If at that time buyer decides not to proceed with order there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Processing time can range between 1-9 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 business days (m-f) for expedited orders so if you need an order by a certain date please include the date in the notes section of your order or email us directly at

Rechargeable lighting, used products, fabric and ribbon are non-returnable.

Any order that is returned to us for insufficient address will be carefully examined by the warehouse. If the label matches what was put in by the customer at checkout the customer will be responsible to pay to ship the item back to a new/corrected address. If we incur a pickup fee from USPS for wrong address that was input by the customer the customer will also be responsible to pay that pickup fee. 


Payment Cancellations for items that are out of stock only

Once an order is placed it is final and cannot be cancelled unless the merchandise is out of stock. Payments and authorizations are a process of your bank or card issuing financial institution and we do not control the amount of time for those funds to be available to you once your order/payment is voided or cancelled on our end for items that are not in inventory.

  *Credit Card charge funds release

All charges for purchases are captured by our system upon purchase therefore we do not cancel orders even if a request is made on the same business day. 



Broken / Incorrect / Missing Item Policy:

We ship a lot of glass and pack everything the very best we can to make sure it gets to you in one piece, however, sometimes damage does occur.

If an item is received broken, incorrect or missing, you must submit a claim within 2 days of receiving your package(s) of your package's "Delivered" date and include photos of the damaged items.

If items are broken they will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. Do not under and circumstances send back something that arrives damaged please instead send photos of the item and package and we will get it taken care of.

All replacements for broken, incorrect or missing items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS only to all states except Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (or anywhere outside the Continental US).

Breakage claims for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (or anywhere outside the Continental US) will only receive a store credit, not replacements, for the damaged products.

Incorrect item claims for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to the customer. Once we receive the item or a confirmation of pick up or tracking number, we will then ship the correct item or replacement item to you at our discretion. If we determine the item was correctly sent we reserve the right to return it or send it back at our discretion. 

We do not send replacements for broken items or incorrect items using any expedited service, only standard Ground service or Priority Mail (if it does not include glass). If you'd like to add and pay for expedited shipping you may do so.

All claims are handled on a case by case basis.

Price Differences

All prices listed on our website are as up to date as we can keep them and refer to the price of the item offered in our online store. Prices in our store location warehouse may differ as well as previous websites, blog posts or other media listings from the past. 

By placing your order with our site, you agree to the terms and conditions, shipping information, policies and prices that are in place here. Aside from shipping charges/adjustments, your order total should not change.
